Zenkraft Launches New Multi-Carrier Shipping Commerce App for Salesforce’s Storefront Next
Zenkraft today announced the launch of Zenkraft Shipping for Agentic Commerce, a new Commerce App available for Salesforce B2C Commerce’s Storefront Next. Commerce Apps are the new extensibility framework for B2C Commerce that enable merchants to install plug-and-play third-party apps directly in Business Manager, cutting implementation time and cost. Zenkraft Shipping for Agentic Commerce is available now in the Commerce App Registry, giving merchants a turnkey way to add estimated delivery dates, branded tracking, and return capabilities to their storefronts without custom integration work.
Zenkraft is a Salesforce-native shipping solution that connects merchants to a global network of carriers, with shipping, tracking, and returns managed directly within Salesforce. The new Commerce App brings those capabilities to Storefront Next, connecting shipping more directly with the commerce experience.

“Storefront Next gives customers a modern, composable foundation to build market-defining commerce experiences, and our partner ecosystem makes that foundation easy to extend,” said Lennart Stevens, VP of Product Management, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce. “Zenkraft brings multi-carrier shipping into that model, giving merchants a simpler way to add shipping capabilities directly to their storefront without taking on a separate custom integration.”
“Shipping can quickly become a source of complexity for merchants. Many organizations struggle with manual processes, limited visibility, and errors that erode margins and ultimately affect the consumer experience,” said David Parry, General Manager at Zenkraft. “Now, Salesforce customers have a much quicker and more straightforward path to connecting shipping with commerce. By adding Zenkraft during their storefront setup, they can get up and running faster, reduce manual work, and create a more connected delivery experience for consumers.”
