The GTM performance gap report- What’s holding revenue teams back and how leaders are closing it
The Go-To-Market (GTM) performance gap is widening. In our global survey of 463 senior GTM leaders, 98% said their strategy is in motion. Yet, only 10% said they are driving successful initiatives. Strategy exists, but execution is falling short.
 The result is a familiar pattern: overwhelmed teams, missed signals, and stalled enablement efforts. While 77% of companies report adopting or planning to adopt AI, just 28% say it’s improving performance. In most cases, the tech is outpacing the systems companies need to make it stick.
