Trellist Brings AI Transformation Practice to Adobe Experience Cloud Teams

Trellist, Inc. today announced that its AI Transformation practice is now available to Adobe Experience Cloud teams. The practice helps teams running Adobe Experience Manager, Target, and Analytics evaluate and adopt AI-first infrastructure: connected systems, fewer handoffs, and AI agents that carry work from one step to the next.

Adobe teams run some of the longest processes in marketing. A single campaign can move from brief to copy, design, an Experience Manager build, review, publishing, a Target test, and analysis, with a different role at each step. Trellist’s approach begins by mapping those handoffs and identifying where AI can shorten, reorder, or remove them, so campaigns can go to market faster.

Trellist brings more than a decade of hands-on Adobe experience to that work. For one large enterprise client, Trellist has served as an embedded Adobe partner, integrating Adobe Experience Platform, Experience Manager, Target, and Analytics. For another, an embedded team of senior Adobe certified developers delivered more than 250 personalization activities in a year. A Trellist pilot that brought generative AI search answers to a client website through Adobe Target and Analytics earned an Adobe Summit Award finalist nomination.

Alongside its Adobe work, Trellist has built a full AI practice. Trellist builds custom MCP servers that give AI secure access to each system, implements Glean to organize those connectors for a team’s AI harness, and handles the harness engineering itself. The practice also builds AI agents, produces AI-driven creative with image and video models as well as language models, and runs go-to-market engineering and execution. For teams whose sales and service run on Salesforce, Trellist also implements Agentforce.

The practice has delivered results on other platforms and in other industries, including a 90% reduction in lead handling time for a B2B manufacturer and a 30% drop in customer service calls for a national logistics operator.

“The teams that succeed next will run on AI-first infrastructure,” said Gavin Garrison, Partner & Account Leader at Trellist. “When every system is connected and AI carries the work between steps, each person on the team has an army behind them. We’ve spent years inside Adobe’s platforms and built this practice alongside that work. Adobe teams that are ready to move can now put the two together.”
