PostcardMania, the $100+ million marketing technology company serving more than 130,000 clients nationwide, announced a sharp acceleration in revenue growth during the third quarter of 2026, with gross revenue increasing 39% compared to Q3 2025 and 9% over the previous quarter.

The results mark PostcardMania’s third consecutive quarter of accelerating year-over-year growth in gross revenue. Compared to the corresponding quarters in 2025, the company’s gross revenue increased 7% in Q1 2026, 24% in Q2 and 39% in Q3. Year-to-date gross revenue is now up 23% compared to the first nine months of 2025, an improvement from the 15% year-over-year growth reported through the first half of 2026.

Driving much of this momentum is PostcardMania’s core traditional direct mail business, which recorded a 12% increase over the previous quarter and an 84% revenue increase over Q3 2025.

PostcardMania’s results coincide with encouraging signs for the broader direct mail industry. According to the United States Postal Service, Marketing Mail volume increased 4.3% during its third fiscal quarter of 2026, covering April through June, compared to the same period in 2025. These trends point to renewed demand for physical advertising as businesses look for dependable ways to reach customers.

“Consumers are overwhelmed by the constant stream of ads competing for their attention online,” said Joy Gendusa, founder and CEO of PostcardMania. “That creates an opportunity for businesses willing to reach people differently. A postcard arriving in someone’s mailbox can feel more personal and less intrusive than another ad interrupting their day. I think more business owners are recognizing that the physical mailbox still has an important place in their marketing, and what’s especially encouraging is that our growth is getting stronger as the year progresses.”

Direct mail’s growing demand also comes as businesses contend with increasingly crowded digital marketing channels, rising advertising costs and changes in how consumers discover businesses online. Recent consumer research supports the growing appeal of advertising alternatives as digital fatigue intensifies.

A recent study found that 81% of U.S. consumers actively try to ignore or tune out advertising, while 52% reported taking steps to block ads, including using ad blockers or paying for ad-free content.

The rapid proliferation of AI-generated content is adding another layer to digital fatigue, making online spaces feel increasingly crowded and raising concerns about authenticity. A recent analysis estimated that roughly half of newly published online articles are now primarily AI-generated. Meanwhile, 65% of U.S. consumers believe brands produce too much AI-generated marketing content, while 57% say it has made them less trusting of brand messaging overall.

As digital channels become increasingly saturated with advertising and AI-generated content, physical mail offers businesses a tangible way to reach customers and establish a more personal connection. It helps that direct mail is routinely ranked as one of — if not the — most trustworthy marketing channel.

Together, the findings suggest an opportunity for businesses to complement their digital marketing with physical advertising that reaches consumers outside increasingly crowded online environments.

Founded in 1998 by Gendusa with no outside investors, PostcardMania has grown from a four-person startup into one of the nation’s leading direct mail and marketing technology companies. The company combines traditional direct mail with digital advertising, marketing automation and other technologies to help small and medium-sized businesses generate leads and grow revenue.

With year-over-year revenue growth climbing from 7% in Q1 to 39% in Q3 — along with an exciting recent expansion of its services into Search + AI Optimization to help businesses improve visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms, strengthening its integrated marketing offerings — PostcardMania enters the final quarter of 2026 with considerable momentum, on pace to handily set a new annual revenue record.
