Omada Strengthens Executive Leadership with Chief Product Officer and Chief Revenue Officer Appointments
Identity governance and administration (IGA) company Omada has announced two key executive appointments as it looks to address the rapidly evolving identity security landscape driven by the growth of AI, non-human identities, and increasing regulatory requirements.
The company has appointed Rick W. as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Rogier Egberink as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to help accelerate product innovation and business growth.
According to Omada, identity security has become a critical cybersecurity priority as compromised identities remain one of the leading causes of security breaches. The company noted that AI agents, service accounts, and other non-human identities now significantly outnumber human users across enterprise networks, expanding the scope of identity governance while increasing compliance and security challenges.
Rick W. brings more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise B2B software. Throughout his career, he has contributed to building identity security and automation platforms designed for enterprise environments. As Chief Product Officer, he will lead Omada’s product strategy and innovation initiatives.
Rogier Egberink joins as Chief Revenue Officer with more than 17 years of leadership experience in enterprise software spanning identity, data, and artificial intelligence. His background includes helping organizations address governance, security, and digital transformation challenges while driving business growth.
