CMA Marketing Week 2026 to Feature Tucker Bryant and National Programming Across Canada

The Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) will host its third national CMA Marketing Week, from May 4-8, 2026, featuring innovation strategist Tucker Bryant as a keynote speaker at CMAfutureproof, alongside in-person events in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montréal, as well as free virtual programming for CMA members.

This year’s agenda will explore how marketing leaders are responding to technological change, shifting consumer expectations, and the need to balance local relevance with national and global impact. Attendees can expect practical insights on influencing behaviour, strengthening brand relevance, and driving measurable business impact.

Throughout the week, the CMA will be offering unique, future-focused programming to enable marketers to learn, network, influence, and engage with industry professionals. The programs being offered include:

  • Marketing Week Kick-off – Monday, May 4: A CMA Connect Live featuring “Confessions of a CMO” co-author and Associate Creative Director at Monigle, Krisi Packer, and Jon Crowley, Partner, SVP and Head of Strategy at FUSE Create.
  • CMA Marketing Week – Montréal: How Québec’s Marketing Vision is Reshaping Global Influence presented by Quantcast – Monday, May 4: Taking place at Society for Arts and Technology, this event will explore how Québec’s distinct creative voice is gaining influence beyond the province.
  • CMAfutureproof presented by LG2 – Wednesday, May 6: This in-person Toronto event at The Quay will feature keynote speaker Tucker Bryant and discuss how marketers can win in the age of infinite choice. The agenda will also feature a discussion on AI search and how brands will rethink discovery and conversion.
  • CMA Marketing Week Vancouver – Thursday, May 7: Taking place at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, this in-person event will feature Jill Schnarr, Chief Social Innovation, Communications & Brand Officer at TELUS, and examine how brands balance global ambition with local identity.

Expanded learning opportunities for members

CMA Marketing Week will also include a series of complimentary professional development opportunities designed to help marketers sharpen their skills and stay up to date on the latest industry trends. On May 5 and 8, the CMA will host virtual classes for CMA members, offering practical insights and actionable takeaways.

Continued national growth

The second CMA Marketing Week in 2025 attracted 2,500 registrants from across Canada, both in-person and virtually, representing a 47 per cent increase from its inaugural year in 2024. In total, 44 speakers and panelists in 2025 delivered 20 thought leadership presentations and learning sessions.

With expanded programming and more opportunities for professional development, this year’s event is set to reach an even wider audience and provide deeper engagement opportunities for Canada’s marketing community.
