Vistance Networks (NASDAQ: VISN), a global provider of intelligent network solutions, and Kaltura (NASDAQ: KLTR), the Agentic Digital Experience company, today announced the deployment of a new Cloud TV platform at Bouygues Telecom, one of France’s leading providers of mobile, internet, and IPTV services.

Bouygues is deploying the Kaltura Cloud TV platform as part of an on-going project to modernize the company’s legacy video platforms and support next-generation, state-of-the-art IPTV streaming options for its customers. Aurora Networks™ acted as the lead systems integrator on the project, providing consulting, design, project management, integration, and custom software development to implement the solution.

The project enables Bouygues Telecom to retire several legacy IPTV platforms and consolidate their functions on a single, unified platform. Kaltura Cloud TV is currently live, providing best-in-class IPTV experiences to an estimated 18 million households, with support for four million set-top boxes to launch soon.

“This new Cloud TV integration project continues our close relationship with Aurora Networks’ excellent Video Professional Services team,” stated Isabelle Jallat, head of platform services for Bouygues Telecom. “Because of our long history of successful collaborations with Aurora Networks, we were confident that Aurora Networks’ team of experts would help to integrate Kaltura, our new Cloud TV platform, into our remaining video delivery platforms seamlessly, while also ensuring any new system functionality is launched quickly, cost-effectively, and flawlessly.”

The Kaltura Cloud TV integration project continues Aurora Networks 18-year collaboration with Bouygues Telecom. This project leverages the Aurora Networks Video Professional Services team’s IP Video Migration services, which helps video service providers quickly and profitably transition to IP video.

“Aurora Networks has worked with Bouygues Telecom for many years, and we’re thrilled to continue our collaboration and partner with Kaltura as we work together to deploy a game-changing IP video platform,” stated Chris Brown, Vice President, Global Video Systems, Aurora Networks. “Aurora Networks utilizes our unique knowledge and decades of video expertise to create solutions that are optimized for our customers’ needs and include a single point of ownership from design to implementation.”
