Allstar Services Expands Revin's AI Voice and SMS Agents to 10 Residential Roofing Brands

Revin, the AI Voice and SMS platform for residential service operators, today announced that Allstar Services has expanded its use of Revin’s AI agents to ten more of its regional roofing brands across six states in the midwest and east coast. The rollout follows a year-long deployment at Vault Roofing, Allstar’s flagship brand and tech-incubator, and makes Revin the first point of contact for homeowners across a growing share of the platform’s portfolio.

Founded in 1977 and backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Allstar has assembled 19 regional roofing and exterior brands that continue to operate under their own names, in their own markets, with their own local teams. Those brands hear from a steady stream of homeowners every day through their websites, digital ads lead partners, and inbound phone calls, and turning more of those inquiries into appointments on the calendar is one of the most direct ways Allstar grows.

“We have a window of opportunity when the homeowner is still thinking about their roofing project and about our brand,” said Matt Ryder, Chief Strategy Officer of Allstar Services. “Our job is to get in front of them right away and make booking that first appointment easy, without cutting corners on quality or process. Revin does that, at any time and any scale.”

Revin went live at Vault Roofing in February 2026, answering inbound digital leads, confirming appointments and following up on unsold estimates. Allstar’s own review saw a significant increase in booking rates and efficiency in their call center, with 30% of appointments booked without human involvement.

“We saw it at Vault first. Nearly a third of our appointments come through Revin, without a drop in appointment quality,” Ryder said. “And because it is configurable for each brand and use case, we can run one playbook across very different businesses and expect the same results, while maintaining a local feel in every market.”

Across the ten brands, Revin handles:

  • Inbound digital and aggregator leads, answered in seconds, day or night
  • Google LSA chats
  • Inbound calls, with after-hours and overflow coverage for 24/7 availability
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling
  • Follow-up on unsold estimates and canceled appointments
  • Win-back and promotional campaigns across the portfolio

Each agent is configured to its own brand’s scheduling rules, qualification criteria, product lines, service areas and operating procedures. For Allstar, the result is ten agents that sound like ten different local roofers, running on one platform.

“Allstar’s brands already have the reputation. Our job is to make sure every homeowner who reaches out ends up with an appointment,” said Quinn Litherland, Founder and CEO of Revin. “Doing that for ten brands at once, each in its own voice, is what we built Revin for. That is where this industry is going: national scale behind the scenes, and someone who sounds like your neighbor picking up the phone.”

Revin pairs every customer with dedicated AI engineers who configure workflows, review call scripts and operating procedures, and support each launch, a model that has kept Revin working alongside Allstar’s contact center teams as new brands come online.

The expansion comes as residential services platforms turn to AI to help the local brands they acquire grow faster. For operators running dozens of businesses, the first minute after a homeowner reaches out has become one of the quickest places to turn scale into booked revenue.
