In this role, he will oversee the company’s global revenue organization, including sales execution, strategic account management, and revenue operations.

Wagner brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning automotive technology, software platforms, and data driven services. Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for building high performing teams and aligning sales, marketing, and operational strategies to support sustainable growth.

His experience includes roles at DMEautomotive, AutoPoint, which later became part of Solera, and Reynolds & Reynolds. In these positions, he worked closely with dealer networks and automotive manufacturers to modernize sales strategies and drive digital transformation initiatives across the industry.
Throughout his career, Wagner has focused on helping organizations adapt to evolving customer expectations and technological change within the automotive sector. His work with dealer groups and OEM partners has included developing scalable go-to-market strategies, strengthening customer engagement programs, and aligning revenue operations with long term growth goals.
At Affinitiv, Wagner’s responsibilities will include leading efforts to refine the company’s sales strategy and improve revenue predictability as it expands its marketing technology and customer engagement solutions. He will also play a key role in building deeper relationships with strategic partners and enterprise customers across the automotive ecosystem.
