The seller utilized Johnsen, Fretty & Company, who provided closing assistance for the transaction.

This strategic tuck-in acquisition enhances Adams Outdoor’s already dominant presence in Charlotte while adding highly desirable inventory along key transportation corridors most heavily used by travelers heading to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Several of the newly acquired assets are located along major arteries such as I-77, a primary route for commuters, airport traffic, and regional travel.
